Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 11:00 AM at the latest Minimum booking of 3 days. Shorter stays are possible upon request. Towels: Each person receives one bath towel and one hand towel, plus a total of two guest towels for the sink. We change towels after one week. Sauna towels are available upon request. All towels must remain in the apartment at all times. Taking them outside, for example, to bathe outside, is not permitted. Renchtal Information Folder: This folder contains extensive information to help you make the most of your vacation in our region. Enjoy browsing. Please leave all sheets, maps, and brochures in the folder. These are not to be taken away. Subsequent guests will thank you. Washer/Dryer: You can use the washing machine free of charge. You will find two detergent tablets in the storage room. Additional tablets can be purchased from the landlord. For environmental reasons, please only run the washing machine (and dishwasher) during daylight hours. This allows you to use the electricity generated by our own PV system. A rotary clothesline is located in the storage room. Laundry should only be dried on the terrace (preferably) or in the bathroom. Upon request, you are welcome to use our dryer. You give us the damp laundry, and we will return the dry laundry to you. Duvets: (for summer duvets) The sofa bed contains two duvets that belong to the duvets as a four-season bed. If you would like a warmer duvet, please remove the duvet cover, fasten the additional duvet with the snap fasteners, and put the duvet cover back on. Barbecuing: Please only use closed grill trays. This will minimize the amount of cleaning required. You will find two grill trays in the storage room. You can bring more yourself or purchase them from the landlord for €1 per tray. The gas bottle must be closed after grilling. Please clean the grill after each use. If it becomes dirty, the landlord will clean it for a fee of €30. Smoking: You will find an ashtray on the roof terrace. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Pets: Pets are not allowed. Wellness area (sauna area and fitness room): Opening hours: Gym daily 6:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., sauna area 9:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. We provide a 60-degree washable throw blanket and two towels to cover the sofa and chairs. Please use these to cover the upholstered furniture when using the sauna. This will keep everything hygienically clean for you and everyone else. We also provide a sauna towel for each guest. After use, you can leave these in the standing bag in front of our apartment door for us to exchange. Please bring slippers/bathing shoes and a bathrobe. Thank you. Children under 12 years of age are only permitted in the wellness area under adult supervision! Please ventilate the sauna and anteroom thoroughly after using the sauna. Waste separation: Disposal at the end of the rental period: Paper/cardboard: Felt bag  Dispose of in the green trash can. Plastic: Box with yellow bag at the patio door  Remove the yellow bag and place it downstairs in the stairwell. Used glass: Green basket in the storage room  Place the basket downstairs in the stairwell. Residual waste/organic waste: Trash can under the sink  Dispose of in the black trash can. Leaving the apartment / Rain / Strong wind: • Close the windows!!! • Roll up the awning • Take down the parasol • Turn off the air conditioning (only when leaving the apartment) • Turn off the sauna (only when leaving the apartment) Check-out by 11:00 a.m. at the latest: Please dispose of the trash (see waste separation). Dishes/glasses, etc., must be clean upon check-out. Please leave the two sets of keys on the key board in the hallway. If we are at home when you check out, we will try to resolve all issues immediately and return your deposit directly. If we are not at home, we will refund your deposit after inspecting the apartment. Please close the apartment door and front door.
